Easy Steps to Order

1. Choose garment (hoodie, tshirt or zip hoodie)
2. Choose your garmet design and colour
3. Print the signature template from our website, drop down under Elementary Schools
4. Sign template using a BLACK pen asking students to keep signature OFF the lines
5. Complete Order form with sizes
6. If adding names to sleeves, print name order form and fill in
7. email the completed order form and signed template to jodie@westernathletic.ca

Garment Colours

Black, Charcoal, Sportsgrey,
Navy, Red, Royal, Orange,
Kelly, Forest, Purple, Gold

Not all colours are available in Zip hoods

Ordering Information

1. Hood and tee colours may vary but ink colors to remain the same
2. Your price is determined by the total number of garments - all types together and get the lower price for all.
3. Left Chest print is optional - Additional cost applies
4. School name is included in the price but can be removed - Please check box on order form
5. Custom designs are available - Call for Quote
6. Less than minimum (18) also available - Call for Quote
7. Pricing is ALL IN - includes Tax - Only Extra Cost is Freight or in Vancouver Area a flat $10 Fee
8. Once order in in production, late oders or changes are subject to additional fees

There will be an art proof for approval before the printing of order proceeds.
